Quality (welds, NDE, turnover), Operations (jobs, schedules, budgets — admin only), Estimating (bids and rate sheets), Library (code books, specs, references), and Users (team members and roles).
Use the sidebar toggle button in the top bar. Your preference is saved across pages and tabs so it stays consistent as you navigate the app.
Create, track, and close out projects across Quality and Operations.
Open Operations → Projects and use the New Project action. Fill in the basics (name, client, location, dates) and save. The project will then appear in both Operations and the relevant Quality views.
Each project has its own dashboard with tabs for schedule, welds, NDE, personnel, and budget. The Quality and Operations dashboards roll these up across all active projects.
A project is complete when its turnover package has been finalized and its status is set to Complete. Completed projects still count toward 12-month rolling metrics like repair rate and bids awarded.
Welds, NDE, personnel certs, WPS/PQR, and turnover packages.
The Last 12 Mo. Repair Rate card on the Quality Dashboard reflects the overall repair rate across all active and completed projects within the past 12 months.
Quality → WPS / PQR. You can add, edit, and link procedures to projects and welders from there.
Quality → QC Certs lists everyone with their current cert status and expiration dates so you can stay ahead of renewals.
Build piping bids — shop, field, or combined — using saved rate sheets.
Estimating → New Estimate. Choose the bid type (shop, field, or combined), select a rate sheet, and start adding line items. The estimate is saved automatically as you work.
It counts every estimate marked Won within the last 365 days, across all users.
Estimating → Rate Sheets. Each rate sheet is reusable across estimates; updates only affect new estimates that reference it.
Jobs, schedules, employees, and budgets. Admin access required.
Operations is restricted to admin and supervisor roles. If you need access, contact your administrator from the Users section.
Operations → Schedule shows all assignments by week. Holidays are excluded from working-day calculations automatically.
Code books, standards, manuals, specs, procedures, and bookmarks.
Yes — open any resource and use the Bookmark action. Bookmarked items appear under Library → Bookmarks for quick access.
Use the category sidebar (Code Books, Standards, Manuals, Specifications, Procedures) or the search bar at the top of any library view.
Manage team members, contact info, and access levels.
